Sewn soundly, three straps with Velcro + button are attached to the belt. Also there is an additional mount about the middle on Velcro. A couple of moments: the elastic band for the tie of the inner lining, if you order the throat is very long and will just hang, cling to everything, you need to tape it it it there is no mechanism (or I did not understand how) for fastening in a twisted form, you need to make a loop in addition, or a separate strap.
